Owner

Ryan is involved in every aspect of Siefken Contracting, from meeting with homeowners to writing insurance estimates to working on job sites with subcontractors. He knows the business inside and out and enjoys working actively with his team. When not working, Ryan likes to CrossFit and spend time with his family.

Jared Garwood

Vice President

Jared focuses on strategic planning and development for Siefken Contracting. You can also find him helping out wherever there is a need. When not at Siefken, Jared enjoys spending time with his family, wrestling with his four sons, and making music.

Tracie Davis

Claims Manager

Tracie handles the insurance claims that come in from the sales team. She writes estimates and handles all correspondence with insurance adjusters and communicates details to the rest of the team. In her free time, Tracie likes to spend time with her family, snuggle with her first grandbaby, and attend live concerts.

Dave Eisenbraun​

General Manager
Des Moines IA Branch

Dave oversees all things coming and going at the Des Moines location. You could say Dave wears a lot of hats. Born and raised in Iowa, Dave cares about making things right for people and communities around him. Dave enjoys time with his family and friends and brings an upbeat attitude wherever he goes.​

Jesse Jordan

Project Specialist

Jesse is very knowledgeable and helpful in finding the solutions that will meet your needs. Jesse enjoys spending time with his family, chasing his boys around, and rooting for the Chiefs.

Marcus Ehlinger

Production Coordinator

Marcus is in charge of reviewing all the details and scheduling the work for your project. Marcus is a gatherer of skill sets. He enjoys cooking, the outdoors, and a multitude of other things.

Shannon Landers

Office Manager

Shannon oversees billing and general office stuff. If you work for Siefken and you want to get paid, be sure to be kind and maybe bring her a tasty coffee treat once in a while.

Baylee Ratigan

Office Assistant

Baylee is the "catch-all" of the office. She is the first face you see when you come in, and the first voice you hear when making an appointment. She is involved in many different aspects of the company from scheduling appointments to working with suppliers. When she is not in the office she enjoys concerts and spending time with her cat, Toast Malone.
